We have experience with consumer protection agencies and consumer protection entities, such as Procon, Consumer Protection Offices, and the Public Prosecutor’s Office, among others.
Since the enactment of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) in 1990 (Law No. 8,078), we have worked in the preparation of institutional policies and procedure manuals to implement good practices using standardization of processes and concepts.
Our experience is also proven in the implementation of services and training courses oriented to customer service, as well as in the drafting of contracts and agreements and the review of advertising campaigns. We are also qualified to conduct administrative and judicial proceedings involving consumer law, including public and class civil actions, actions for damages, and refunds in transactions of purchase and sale of real estate and inventory.
