Herbarium

In July 2020, Herbarium Laboratório Botânico, a Brazilian company specializing in phytomedicines, traditional herbal medicines, and nutritional supplements, through its holding company Connexio Participações, entered into a joint venture agreement with MB Beteiligungs, a German company dedicated to the production of herbal extracts. The transaction amount has not been disclosed. The new company will focus on the development, registration of products and brands, external licensing and B2B sale of innovative and brand products based on natural extracts in Latin America.
