In May 2021, Rede D’Or São Luiz completed the acquisition of América Hospital. América Hospital, located in the city of Mauá, State of São Paulo, has 112 beds and capacity to perform surgeries of various specialties, as well as conducting outpatient consultations and emergency care, among other related activities.
