Obvious Serviços Digitais

In February 2022, V.tal and Speedboat Serviços Digitais, now known as Obvious Digital Services, both telecommunications companies, formed a joint venture. The transaction amount has not been disclosed. The joint venture will operate in the exploration of communication services in Brazil.
