In May 2022, a private investor acquired Rec Saphyr Boa Vista Enterprises, previously owned by HSI IV FIP. The transaction amount was BRL 102.39M. Rec Saphyr Boa Vista owns Shopping Pátio Roraima and Shopping da Boa Vista (shopping malls), in the state of Roraima.
